Email hello@prodeskapps.com for anything to do with RiskDesk, OptionsDesk, HedgeDesk or CashDesk — a bug, a question about how something is calculated, a licence or subscription problem, or a feature you wish existed.
It genuinely helps to include: which app and version, your operating system, and what you expected to happen versus what did. If a number looks wrong, the inputs you used are the single most useful thing you can send.
We do not run a phone line or a live chat, and we do not use an outsourced ticket system. Email reaches us directly.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what data we hold, request a correction or deletion, or exercise any right described in our Privacy Policy, email hello@prodeskapps.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
To leave a mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any email we have sent you — it is one click and takes effect immediately. You do not need to email us to be removed.

Who we are
ProDesk Apps builds professional-grade financial software for individual traders and the self-employed. We are a small independent developer based in Australia, publishing on the Mac App Store, the iOS App Store and Google Play.
We are not a broker, a financial adviser, a tax agent or a licensed practitioner of any kind. Our software performs calculations and analysis on inputs you supply. Nothing we publish, and nothing our apps output, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Getting a faster answer
Some questions already have written answers, and checking first is usually quicker than waiting on a reply:
